Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Canada.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time

• Non-prescription and accessory orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Prescription eyewear orders require additional time for lens cutting, assembly, and inspection in our Canadian laboratory. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
