Return and Exchange Policy
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Regular Priced Products
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return regular priced products.
- Options: You can choose between an exchange (of equal or lesser value) or a full refund.
- Conditions: The products must be in perfect condition, without signs of wear, and returned with all accessories and original packaging (cloth and case).
- Limit: Only one exchange or refund is allowed per order.
- After 14 Days: No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Note: Prescription eyewear exchanges will be made with the same prescription.
Sale Products
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return sale products.
- Options: Only an exchange of equal or lesser value is possible.

Final Sale (Clearance) Products
- Final sale products cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they are discontinued and sold permanently.
- However, if there is an error on our part, rest assured: we will cover the exchange.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Log in to your account on the website. Go to the “Exchanges and Returns” section and select the order you wish to return.
- Printing the Return Label: Follow the instructions to print the prepaid return label. Attach this label to the package containing the eyewear you want to return.
- Shipping the Return: Drop off the package at a collection point of the courier company indicated on the return label. Be sure to keep the deposit receipt for tracking.
Refund Timeline and Method
- Inspection of Returned Eyewear: Upon receipt of the returned eyewear, we first inspect their condition. The product must be in its original boxes, with all accessories in good and unused condition.
- Processing the Refund: Once the inspection is completed and validated, the refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- Refund Appearance on Your Account: It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Glasses
If you receive damaged eyewear, contact us immediately. Our customer service team is here to assist you in arranging a quick exchange.
Right of Refusal
- We always do our best to satisfy you.
- However, the company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the following situations:
- Abuse of the return policy.
- Failure to follow advice given when selecting frames, lenses, or options.
- Prescription errors, data entry errors, or incorrect lens choices made by the customer.
- Loss or damage of products during the return process.
Extended Warranty
For more peace of mind, you have the option to add an extended warranty to extend the return period on the selected prescription eyewear.
- This warranty is linked to your order and is non-transferable.
- Two options are available:
- Up to 30 days return, for $29.99
- Up to 60 days return, for $49.99
- The warranty begins as soon as the customer receives the order.

Frames are made from well-known materials such as acetate, metal, stainless steel, titanium, and TR90 plastic.
All our frames come with a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Clearance frames do not offer this warranty as they are final sale (most clearance models are discontinued).
